Grill Together—June 23
June 18th, 2013 | John Chandler
On Sunday, June 23, Austin Mustard Seed is starting anew. We’ll begin this new adventure by grilling together.
Great things in life happen around food. You meet your best friend in the lunch room, your special someone over dessert or watch your favorite movie at the Alamo Drafthouse.
Jesus used dinner as an object lesson so his friends would never forget what he had done. The first Church began with disciples constantly eating together.
Eating together is a way to share what we have. It’s an opportunity to make new friends. It’s just fun.

WHO: You and Your Friends
WHAT: Grilling & Dreaming
WHERE: 5001 W. Frances Pl. Austin, Tx. 78731
WHEN: 5:00PM
On Sunday June 23, Austin Mustard Seed will be hosting a barbeque and sharing our dream of a new Church community for the neighborhoods of North/Central Austin. This will be a “reboot”, where we combine the best of what we’ve learned over our last three in Austin with what we all love about Vox Veniae to create something new. Our hope is to launch a new liturgy in late 2013.
Join us for burgers, drinks, and a great time to discuss this new adventure. RSVP here or contact us to let us know you’re coming.
