Help a Neighbor Celebrate Christmas

As a new church community we are exploring how we can be a church FOR the neighborhoods of North/Central Austin. One need we have learned about is the population of refugees who live nearby.
Lisa Phillip introduced us to her friend Leen, whose family were forced to relocate to Austin from Iraq. Over the next two weeks we will be helping Lisa assemble Christmas gifts for the family. Their needs include clothes for the two boys and basic kitchen supplies.
This Sunday, December 8, you will have the opportunity to pick from a list of gifts for the family. Please return the gift by Sunday, December 15. If you would like to help, but will not be around this Sunday contact Chris.
