This Sunday, thousands of marathoners will be running down the street adjacent to our meeting place, during our normal liturgy time.

Our neighbors will be lining the streets to cheer for the racers.

Let’s join them, and get to know our new neighbors.

This Sunday at 10am, we’re going to have a lawn party. We’ll make breakfast tacos, watch the race, and meet our neighbors. Here’s how you can help:

  1. We will need at least two electric skillets and two crockpots. Let us know if you can bring one.
  2. If you can help cook breakfast tacos, show up at 9:30. Otherwise, show up at 10. Let us know if you would like to help.
  3. Have fun and make new friends! Bring a frisbee or lawn games. Practice hospitality. Meet the neighbors. Hang out with the rest of the Austin Mustard Seed crew.

Sounds fun, right?

PARKING

Take a look at the Marathon Map and make sure you adjust your route accordingly.

We won’t have access to the Liveoak parking lot, so consider parking on Aggie Lane or Richcreek Rd. The race goes right down Woodrow, so you can park on either side depending on which direction you’ll be coming from.

Give yourself plenty of time to get there.

See you Sunday!
