Palm Sunday Preview

This coming Sunday signifies the beginning of Holy Week, a series of fasts and liturgies that culminate in Easter Sunday.
Holy Week begins with Palm Sunday, the story of Jesus’s “triumphal entry” into Jerusalem.
We’ll ask a tough question: If Jesus was crucified just a few days later, then just how “triumphal” was his entry?
It is likely that many of those who praised Jesus on Sunday were those who demanded his crucifixion on Friday. With that in mind, we should reconsider what it means to be worshippers of Jesus.
