Easter Liturgy and Lunch: The Details
April 14th, 2014 | John Chandler
On Sunday, April 20, our church community and our friends will join together to remember Christ’s resurrection.
After our liturgy, we are planning to celebrate with an Easter potluck and an egg hunt for our kids.
RSVP
Help get a count for supplies by RSVPing on Facebook. While you’re at it, invite your friends.
Bring a dish to share.
We would love for you to bring a dish that you have cooked (or bought!) to share with our community. Please contact Jamie McCormick at jamiebmccormick@gmail.com if you would like to help in this way.
**NOTE** Due to some serious allergies within our church body, we want to ask everyone to avoid cooking or using ingredients that contain peanuts, peanut butter, tree nuts, sunflower seed, and sunflower oil. Below this email we have provided a list of suggestions if you are stumped. The church is planning to provide the main dish. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask!
Don’t want to cook?
If cooking isn’t your thing, you could donate $5-$10 towards the meal, pick up beverages, or bring paperware and eating utensils.
We are planning to have a fun Easter egg hunt for our kiddos. If you are interested in helping us gather and/or assemble supplies for our kids, please email Sherri Chandler at dearsherri@gmail.com
Lastly, please reply to this email and RSVP if you are planning to come! We hope to see you there.
